2. Exceptions (Damaged Product Only)
Returns or exchanges may be considered only if the product delivered is damaged.
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Opening/unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damaged product
⚠️ Opening video proof is mandatory.
Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
After verification, our team will review the request and decide whether a replacement can be issued.
