Order Processing
All orders placed on Essence Ethinics are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, festive sales, or high order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.
Shipping Time

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared 5–7 days after the order date.
Once available, customers will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or message to track their shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Essence Ethinics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, customers may need to pay additional shipping charges for reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.(*opening video is a must)
