Extremely disappointed with their service. I ordered a dress for my 8-year-old daughter, and it arrived with visible ink stains. Like any excited child, she opened the package immediately, so I couldn't provide an unboxing video. The seller insisted that an opening video was mandatory for any claim, which is understandable to a point, but I requested them to verify the issue from their end or with their vendor since the defect was clearly a manufacturing or packaging issue.
Instead of offering a solution, I was repeatedly told they were "checking with the vendor," but I never received any meaningful update or resolution. It feels like genuine customer concerns are being ignored behind procedural excuses.
A business should stand by the quality of the products it sells and handle genuine complaints fairly, especially when the customer is making a reasonable request. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve both its quality checks and customer support.
